Challenge
MIB Agents hosts an annual osteosarcoma conference that unites clinicians, researchers, patients, survivors, and families. Each year, the organization needed a fresh visual identity that balanced professionalism with an uplifting, hopeful tone rooted in community. The challenge was to deliver branding that could scale seamlessly across print, digital, and live experiences—while providing internal teams with practical, repeatable assets. Every conference required entirely new key art, collateral, and digital designs that not only reflected resilience and optimism, but also resonated authentically with diverse audiences ranging from scientists to families.
My Role and Contribution
For three consecutive years, I led creative development and execution for the conference brand identity. I designed annual key art, developed a 60+ page conference program each year, and delivered the full suite of event materials and toolkits across print and digital design.
