BACKGROUND
After Robert Half partnered with a marketing agency to define their employee value proposition, I created an internal visual system that highlighted humanity and the human touch, aligning with their employee-centric values. Watercolor textures and organic shapes symbolized the beauty of imperfection. The design was applied across HR communications, including intranet assets, email, and presentation templates, reinforcing the new messaging strategy.
